Four live online art classes where artists will explore sculpture while creating a chess set. Students will create their theme for battling sides, sketch characters for playing pieces and paint their board during the first class. Then over the next three weeks, students will sculpt pawns, rooks, bishops and of course, the queen and king. Siblings can be added to the class for $8.00 each, please add the matchingsibling class to your cart. (prices in Canadian dollar)
Supply List
- Fimo or Sculpey clay in two colours
- aluminum foil
- found tools for sculpting (can good for rolling pin, toothpicks, popsicle sticks, etc)
- cardboard or wood board 16"x16"
- ruler
- pencil
- acrylic paint in same two colors as clay
- paintbrush
- water container
