vision painting family workshop. sunday, january 16th. 4-5pm
In this virtual workshop, families will create vision board paintings containing hopes, dreams and goals for the new year. Huffington Post wrote that when you create a vision board and place it in a space where you see it often, you essentially end up doing short visualization exercises throughout the day. Visualization is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do. What big idea do you have? What can you do to help others? What are you going to ask for help with? What is something that is fun and easy? Slightly scary? A one hour thing? What do you want to do first this year? What will you feel really good about when it is completed? These are a few of the prompts you can use to fill in your "bubbles" on your visual board painting. For when you are visualizing, you are emitting a powerful frequency out into the Universe, why not make it pretty too?
