tween/teen card art. wednesdays, january 13th, 20th and 27th. 7-8pm
In this three-week virtual class, artists will be introduced to designers and makers of stationary and paper goods. Tween and teen artists will create a series of cards using a variety of techniques and mediums including, papercutting, origami, and acrylic paint. Tweens and teens will be inspired by artists Brigitte Brown of Bee Brown Illustration, Ellie Hodesdon of East End Press and John Morse-Brown of Pigeon. Sending a loved one a greeting card containing a heartfelt message always means more when handmade. It's an investment of time and moments dedicates to a special person. And in this time when many people are isolated due to the pandemic, cards from the heart are more meaningful than ever. artworks shown by artists Brigitte Brown and John Morse-Brown
